Heat & Harvest is the trade journal for the modern chilihead. It’s a B2B publication for people who grow peppers, make hot sauce, and run spicy food businesses. We cover the Heat (peppers, hot sauce, seasonings, recipes), the Harvest (seeds, vendors, growing), and the Business (startups, packaging, co-packers, insurance, FDA and USDA matters), and we travel to hot sauce and pepper shows as press.
Founded in Oxford, Mississippi, by brothers Aaron and Blake Harris. Launched February 2026.
